Dornier Newsletter March 2013
Dear Sir/Madam
This year’s harvest has been intense as many of the varieties ripened early. Thanks to winemaker Jeanine Faure’s improvisation skills, we have managed to avoid chaos. Yields are down on most whites, but the quality is promising, especially for the Chenin Blanc, the Tempranillo and the Pinotage.
Most of Dornier’s white wines are currently sold out. We have limited stock of the Donatus White still available. The new vintages are expected for July.
Dornier is always worth a visit, especially for those who enjoy shellfish. We have created a whole shellfish menu for fans of this delicacy. There are more details on the Spectator Point of the Cape Epic at Dornier on the 24th of this month, namely the morning act by James Kibby and Band. We still have a few tables open for Easter.
We would love to see you at these events.
Warm regards,
The Dornier Family and Team
