Donatus Wine Club Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview

To become a Donatus Wine Club Member, there is no sign – up fee.

Members are contractually committed to purchasing two Wine Club shipments per year, typically in the months of May and November. A single shipment can be skipped, but consecutive skips are not allowed.

Once registered, your details will be stored on our system, allowing you to benefit from membership privileges and discounts for the duration of your membership.

Wine Club shipments take place during May and November each year

Packages may include unique vintages, limited releases, and exclusive member wines

These packages are not compulsory, and members may:

Members will receive email notifications prior to payment processing

These communications allow sufficient time to:

Payments will be processed using the card provided at the time of sign-up, unless otherwise arranged

By becoming a member, you authorise Dornier Wines to process payments for confirmed or scheduled shipments

Automatic payments are only processed during May and November package periods

7. Pricing & Adjustments

If a higher-value package is selected, the difference will be payable

If a lower-value package is selected, the remaining balance will be credited or refunded upon request

8. Refunds & Credits

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used

Any available credit may be used toward future purchases or refunded upon request

9. Delivery & Collection

Delivery or collection details will be communicated at the time of order

Free delivery applies within South Africa (excluding outlying areas) for orders of 12 bottles or more

Dornier Wines may hold orders for later collection or arrange alternative delivery where possible

10. Cancellations

Members may opt out of a shipment provided this is done before the payment processing date

Membership cancellation must be submitted in writing after completion of the required one-year term

Requests received after processing may not be eligible for cancellation or refund

12. Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)

Dornier Wines is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with POPIA.

Personal data will only be used for membership administration, communication, and order processing

Information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law

Dornier Wines reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
