After alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation occurred in 50% new and 50% older French oak barrels. The wine matured for 38 months in barrel, enhancing its complexity and depth. Full-bodied with creamy tannins and excellent length, this wine captures the elegance and maturity of meticulous winemaking, offering a refined expression of this distinctive varietal.
